  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • 1 cup pine nut(about 4 oz)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds (about 3 1/2 oz)
