Mixed Vegetable Casserole

  • 1 bag mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can onion rings

Directions

    Cook vegetables until tender; drain.

    To veggies, add sour cream, soup, 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 can onion rings.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Top with remainder of onion rings.

    Bake additional 5 minutes.
