- 1 bag mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can onion rings
Directions

1Cook vegetables until tender; drain.

2To veggies, add sour cream, soup, 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 can onion rings.

3Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Top with remainder of onion rings.

5Bake additional 5 minutes.
