- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 medium can tuna fish
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan and add bell pepper and cook gently about 3 minutes.

2Stir in flour and milk gradually.

3When smooth add tomatoes, salt and pepper.

4Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly (about 15 minutes).

5Add tuna fish and cook 2 minutes more.

6Serve over buttered toast.
