Mixed Vegetable Casserole

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix ingredients except cracker crumbs and margarine.

    Pour into a casserole dish.

    Top with cracker crumbs.

    Drizzle melted margarine over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    This is a good dish for covered dish dinners and can easily be doubled or tripled.
