- 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix ingredients except cracker crumbs and margarine.

2Pour into a casserole dish.

3Top with cracker crumbs.

4Drizzle melted margarine over top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6This is a good dish for covered dish dinners and can easily be doubled or tripled.
