Mixed Vegetable Casserole

  • 1 pkg. frozen baby limas
  • 1 pkg. green peas
  • 1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs (biscuit crumbs)

Directions

    Cook each vegetable

    separately and season to taste. Drain.

    Mix all three with with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onions, lemon juice, water chestnuts (sliced) and 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.

    Put all in casserole dish and cover with buttered bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until bread crumbs are brown and mixture gets real hot through.
