- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 small potato, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. mixed parsley
Directions

1Combine broth, potato and carrots in a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Cook 5 minutes or until cabbage is crisp/tender.
