  • 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cook and drain vegetables.

    Brown onion.

    Add milk and cheese. Cut up and mix well.

    Put in a casserole.

    Cover with crushed crackers.
