  • 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 3-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Table Salt
  • 1/4 cups White Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1-1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Vanilla Extract

    In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix in the milk, egg and vanilla extract. Beat the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

    Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
