Ingredients

  • 1 container of baby portabella shrooms
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package of croutons (any kind)
  • 1/2 to a cup of flour (any kind)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • bunch paprika
  • 3 tsp or more if yu like horseradish minced out of the jar

    Grind croutons, whisk eggs n milk, add croutons to flour

    Wipe mushrooms with dry clean towel and quarter
  3. 3
    Soak mushrooms in milk n egg for like 3-5 mins then dredge in flour n crouton mix
  4. 4
    Spread mushrooms out on grated pan n put into the freezer for atleast ten mins
  5. 5
    Deep fry in canola oil at 325-350 degrees for like a minute or two i use a metal slotted spoon to turn them n transfer to metal colander

    Mix 3 heaping tablespoons of mayo, the horseradish n ton of paprika

    Refridgerate dipping sauce until done frying yummies

    Drain n salt mushroom yummies in colander n sprinkle with sea salt if yu like
