  • 12 oz Hershey special dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp espresso powder

    In a microwave safe cup, heat half and half in microwave for 90 seconds.

    Add chips and let sit for 2 minutes to melt chocolate.

    Then whisk smooth.

    Let ganache sit and thicken for 15 minutes before topping a cake.
