- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Dissolve instant coffee in water.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixer bowl; add coffee.

3Blend well.

4Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.

5Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.

6Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.

7Cool in pan for 15 minutes.

8Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.

9Top with coffee glaze, if desired.
