Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (6 ounce) jarof folgers instant coffee crystals (I recommend using decaf for those who can't tolerate caffeine)
  • 12 gallon chocolate ice cream
  • 12 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 12 gallon milk
  • 2 (2 liter) bottleschilled ginger ale
  • chocolate syrup

Directions

    Boil 4 cups sugar, 2 cups water & coffee crystals till syrupy (about 6 minutes).

    THEN COOL.

    Pour into jar and chill.

    In punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, and 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream.

    Break into chunks.

    Add milk, 1 cup coffee syrup, blend a little.

    Add gingerale.

    Add more coffee syrup to make it a stronger taste if desiered.

    Swirl chocolate syrup through punch.
