- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cut asparagus, drained
- 1 c. finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Directions

1Position knife blade in food processor bowl.

2Add asparagus. Process until smooth.

3Transfer to a mixing bowl.

4Stir in tomato and remaining.

5Place mixture in a paper towel-lined wire-mesh strainer or colander and let drain 1 hour.

6Cover and chill at least 3 hours.

7Yields 2 cups.
