  • 2 Shredded Wheat biscuits
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 3/4 c. molasses
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Crumble Shredded Wheat into a greased baking dish.

    Beat eggs, add milk.

    Stir in molasses, salt and cinnamon.

    Pour over biscuits.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream.

    Ice cream is also good.
