- 2 Shredded Wheat biscuits
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 3/4 c. molasses
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Crumble Shredded Wheat into a greased baking dish.

2Beat eggs, add milk.

3Stir in molasses, salt and cinnamon.

4Pour over biscuits.

5Dot with butter.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream.

7Ice cream is also good.
