- 1 can hot sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. bow ties
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/4 lb. ground meat
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Put juices in pot.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Add the basil.

4Cook onions in butter.

5Fry meat when done.

6Drain off fat.

7After onions and meat are fried, put in with the sauce. Simmer for about 40 minutes.

8Cook bow ties and spinach.

9Grate cheese.

10Then put some meat sauce in bottom of casserole, then noodles, all spinach, cheese.

11Repeat and finish with meat sauce. Put some of the cheese on top.

12Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
