Mock Wild Rice Casserole

- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 cans beef consomme, undiluted
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 large can mushrooms
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown uncooked rice with the margarine. Heavily butter (or Pam) a standard size casserole dish (1 1/2-quart).

2Pour in browned rice, then add consomme and mushrooms with juice, rosemary and salt to taste.

3Stir.

4Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until well done at 350° with cover lid. Serves 6.
