  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 3 c. raw, peeled, chopped apples

Directions

    Beat sugar, margarine and eggs until fluffy.

    Add soda, cinnamon, flour and milk.

    Fold in apples.

    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour batter in pan and cover with wax paper and bake at 325° until done.
