Ingredients
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. baking cocoa
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Directions

1Melt butter in a large saucepan.

2Whisk in cocoa and oil until smooth.

3Cook and stir over low heat until cocoa is blended. Remove from the heat; stir in sugar.

4Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after addition. Stir in vanilla.

5Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to cocoa mixture.

6Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

7Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until the center tests clean from an inserted toothpick.

8Cool.
