  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. rhubarb, cut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.

    Combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.

    Put this mixture in a square pan or 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Spread crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
