- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.

2Combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.

3Put this mixture in a square pan or 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Spread crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
