Ingredients: 2 c all purpose flour; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp baking powder; 2 tsp baking soda; 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa; 1 c vegetable oil; 1 c hot brewed coffee; 1 c milk; 2 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1 c vegetable oil
1 c hot brewed coffee
1 c milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together 3 times. Combine oil, milk, and coffee; add to dry ingredients at one time. Mix at medium speed for 2 min. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat 2 more min. Batter will be thin. Pour into two greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325° for 25-30 min. Cool cake 15 min before removing from pan. cool completely and frost with your favorite white frosting. 8 to 10 servings.
