- 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix
- 1/2 cup smuckers sundae chocolate syrup
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- Will need icing to put on afterwards**
