  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained very well
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.

    Stir in pineapple, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt; mix well.

    Add flour and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
