- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 ounce juice from 1 to 2 limes
- 1 ounce Velvet Falernum
- 1/2 ounce Cynar
- 4 ounces Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 8 mint leaves
- Garnish: mint sprig
Directions

1Add the mint leaves and Velvet Falernum to a shaker, muddle gently until mint is fragrant but not pulverized. Add tequila, lime juice, and Cynar, then fill shaker 2/3 full with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker begins to frost.

2Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer, garnish with mint sprig, and serve.
