  • 2 c. cherry juice and water
  • 1 (No. 2) can pitted Bing cherries
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 pkg. cherry gelatin

Directions

    Drain cherries; measure juice and add enough water to make 2 cups.

    Heat liquid; dissolve gelatin in hot liquid.

    Cool gelatin until consistency of egg white.

    Pour small amount in oiled mold and chill until set.
