  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. plain gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. mixed minced vegetables including celery, green pepper, onion, pimento
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Heat soup to boiling.

    Add in cream cheese and let heat.

    Add in gelatin dissolved in water.

    Add in minced vegetables.

    Pour into mold rinsed in water.

    For a delicious luncheon dish add in 1 c. shrimp, or possibly cooked minced chicken, or possibly crabmeat.

    Or possibly put in a ring mold and fill center with a salad of one of the above.
