- 1 tsp. liquid rennet (ostelope)
Directions

1Add rennet to warm milk.

2Let set until thick.

3Cut in squares (do not remove from saucepan).

4Boil slowly for 3 to 4 hours. (Color will be light brown when done.)

5Stir frequently while simmering.

6Serve in bowl with fruit sauce and cream.
