- 11 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 yolks
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions

1Preheat ove 350

2Place 5 1/2 oz of chocolate & butter in double boiler, mix the eggs, yolks, & sugar together until pale & thick, then add chocolate & continue until glossy

3Divide half the mixture, divide the remaining chocolate in a small pile in the middle.

4Top with the remaining batter

5Bake until set around the edges, but center is still jiggles.

6about 12 mins.

7DO NOT OVERBAKE, cool just a few mins & unmold each cake onto a plate
