  • 7 1/2 oz semisweet. chocolate
  • 11 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 yolks
  • 5 tbsp all-purpose flour

    Preheat ove 350

    Place 5 1/2 oz of chocolate & butter in double boiler, mix the eggs, yolks, & sugar together until pale & thick, then add chocolate & continue until glossy

    Divide half the mixture, divide the remaining chocolate in a small pile in the middle.

    Top with the remaining batter

    Bake until set around the edges, but center is still jiggles.

    about 12 mins.

    DO NOT OVERBAKE, cool just a few mins & unmold each cake onto a plate
