- 3 cups Unpeeled Diced Potatoes
- 1/2 cups Chopped Celery (optional)
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Frozen Corn
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt To Taste

1Saute butter and onions.

2Cook potatoes; drain. Add onion and celery, then milk and corn. Season with salt (to taste).
