Easy Celery Chicken Soup

  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1/2 Chicken breast
  • 5 cm Carrot
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 Chicken consomme stock cubes
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce

Directions

    Chop the ingredients into bite-size pieces (cut the chicken into 1 cm cubes and thinly slice the vegetables).

    When the water (about 900 ml) starts to boil, add the consomme, chicken, vegetables, and seasonings!

    Simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Right before turning off the heat, sprinkle chopped celery leaves, and it's finished.

    The soup is fragrant and delicious!
