- 1 stick butter
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 12 slices white bread, toasted or not
- 1 lb. claw crabmeat
- yellow mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco
- salt, pepper and celery salt
- milk (use to add moisture)
Directions

1Saute vegetables until soft in melted butter.

2Crumb the bread in a blender or processor.

3Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (use hands if necessary!).

4Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lots of salt, pepper and celery salt (and a dash of Tabasco). Shape and place in crab shells.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes, or until hot.
