  • 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 c. cream of potato soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
  • 2 (9-inch) ready made pie crusts
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except egg.

    Spoon all into 1 pie crust.

    Top with other pie crust and crimp edges tightly.

    Punch top of pie with fork.

    Brush top of pie with beaten egg to brown. Cook at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
