  • 4 eggs
  • 4 -6 slices bread
  • 18 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 18 cup flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Boil 4 eggs on med/high for 20 mins or so.

    In a saucepan, over med.

    heat, combine the milk, butter, salt, and pepper.

    Cook until butter melts, then add the flour.

    Stir frequently using a whisk to insure a lump free sauce.

    Once the mix starts to bubble, turn the heat down and let simmer.

    The sauce should be a little thick.

    Toast the bread.

    Slice egg and seperate the yolk.

    Lay the toast on a plate.

    Place egg ring on top.

    Pour the sauce over top, then sprinkle with egg yolk.
