- 4 eggs
- 4 -6 slices bread
- 18 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 18 cup flour
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Boil 4 eggs on med/high for 20 mins or so.

2In a saucepan, over med.

3heat, combine the milk, butter, salt, and pepper.

4Cook until butter melts, then add the flour.

5Stir frequently using a whisk to insure a lump free sauce.

6Once the mix starts to bubble, turn the heat down and let simmer.

7The sauce should be a little thick.

8Toast the bread.

9Slice egg and seperate the yolk.

10Lay the toast on a plate.

11Place egg ring on top.

12Pour the sauce over top, then sprinkle with egg yolk.
