  • 3 cups Concord grapes (buy a quart)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. butter

    Wash fruit. Separate skin from pulp. Save skins; cook pulp. Put cooked pulp through Foley mill to remove seeds. Combine skins, pulp, and other ingredients. Bake in a 9-inch double crust at 400° for approx. 1 hour.
