  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 pork steaks

Directions

    In a small bowl dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add honey, soy sauce, sugar and salt, stir to mix.

    Place steaks in a 9 x 13 inch shallow baking dish (non- metal).

    Pour soy sauce mixture over steaks, cover, and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

    Remove steaks and reserve marinade.

    Grill 3 inches from medium coals about 15 minutes turn and grill 15 minutes.

    Brush frequently with marinade.
