- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 pork steaks
Directions

1In a small bowl dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add honey, soy sauce, sugar and salt, stir to mix.

2Place steaks in a 9 x 13 inch shallow baking dish (non- metal).

3Pour soy sauce mixture over steaks, cover, and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

4Remove steaks and reserve marinade.

5Grill 3 inches from medium coals about 15 minutes turn and grill 15 minutes.

6Brush frequently with marinade.
