  • 2 c. sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. ground beef
  • 1 c. sliced green pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole or slow cooker.

    If baking, cover with lid and bake at 300° for 2 1/2 hours.

    Slow cooker should take about the same time.
