- 2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 c. onion, diced and sauteed
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced and sauteed
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, diced and sauteed
- 16 oz. can tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of pepper, basil and oregano
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter; drain.

2Add to browned ground beef.

3Add spices.

4Add tomato puree and simmer over low heat one hour.

5Cook and drain spaghetti. Blend meat sauce with spaghetti.

6Add 1 tablespoon butter and cook until tastes blend, approximately 20 minutes.

7Great the next day. Serve with Parmesan.
