  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

  • 34 stick saltine crackers
  • parsley

    then add two handfuls of chopped extremely small parsley, and enough black pepper to taste.mix with hand.

    make into 20 balls.

    add evoo to a pan, and add the meatballs.

    put in sauce or serve!
