  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • white pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Cut corn from cob (may use whole kernel frozen or canned corn).

    Add butter, flour and seasonings.

    Beat eggs together until light; add to mixture.
