- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch, divided
- 4 Tbsp. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 2 carrots, cut diagonally into thin slices
- 1 onion, chunked and separated
- 1 green pepper, chunked
Directions

1Cut beef across grained strips, then into 1 1/2-inch squares. Combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, sherry and garlic in a medium bowl; stir in beef.
