  • 300 grams flour
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 grams butter at room temperature
  • 80 grams raisins
  • 2 tbsp Ruhm
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix the flour with the eggs , the butter and the milk in a bowl

    Add a pinch of salt and keep stirring until homogeneous

    Add the raisins and the ruhm and stir well

    Heat a fry pan with a bit of butter.

    Pour the dough until it's 1 cm thick.

    Let it cook well both sides

    Break the dough in pieces using a fork.

    Let it cook a bit more,until golden

    Pour a bit of sugar on it,mix.

    Put the schmarrn in a bowl or a plate.

    Pour powdered sugar on it and serve!
