- 300 grams flour
- 1/2 liter milk
- 5 eggs
- 50 grams butter at room temperature
- 80 grams raisins
- 2 tbsp Ruhm
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix the flour with the eggs , the butter and the milk in a bowl

2Add a pinch of salt and keep stirring until homogeneous

3Add the raisins and the ruhm and stir well

4Heat a fry pan with a bit of butter.

5Pour the dough until it's 1 cm thick.

6Let it cook well both sides

7Break the dough in pieces using a fork.

8Let it cook a bit more,until golden
-
9Pour a bit of sugar on it,mix.

10Put the schmarrn in a bowl or a plate.

11Pour powdered sugar on it and serve!
