Ingredients

  • 1 can pop-open biscuits (small loaf) or 2 cans for large loaf
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    After removing biscuits from can, cut each into 4 pieces. Using approximately 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, mix thoroughly.

    Coat each piece and put in a loaf pan sprayed with Pam.

    With remaining sugar and cinnamon, add about 1 tablespoon of melted butter.

    Mix well and spoon over top of loaf.

    Don't overdo the top or bread may come out too sticky on bottom.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes for small loaf or 35 minutes for large loaf.
