  • 4 tubes refrigerator biscuits
  • 3/4 c. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar (white)

Directions

    Cut each biscuit into quarters.

    In plastic bag, shake quarters in sugar/cinnamon mix a few at a time.

    Layer in buttered Bundt pan.

    Bring butter and sugars to a boil and boil a few minutes to thicken.

    Pour quickly over biscuits.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Let cool slightly.

    Flip onto plate.

    Pinch off to eat (hence the name monkey).
