- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/3 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Melt 1 stick margarine in the cup of milk on very low heat; let cool.

2Add yeast mixture to cooled milk.

3Beat eggs, sugar and salt and add to the liquid mixture.

4Stir in flour, but not until smooth.

5Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours.

6Coat Bundt pan with the other 1/2 stick margarine (use it all).

7Pour mixture in Bundt pan and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
