- 13 cups Raw Cashews
- 13 cups Sliced Roasted, Unsalted Almonds
- 23 cups Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

2Place all of the nuts and coconut in a food processor, put the lid on and process until they are coarsely chopped.

4Add dates into the nut and coconut mix and chop again.

5A sticky dough should start to form.
