  • 2 loaves frozen bread
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Let bread thaw in refrigerator overnight.

    Butter bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle with nuts.

    Cut bread into small pieces and place in pan over nuts.

    Put pudding, butter, sugar and milk in pan and warm until all is dissolved.

    Pour over bread pieces and let rise until double in size.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Turn out onto plate.
