Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 3 (10 oz. each) tubes refrigerator biscuits

Directions

    In a plastic bowl with tight lid, combine pudding mix, sugar, cinnamon and pecans.

    Pour butter into a shallow bowl.

    Cut biscuits into quarters.

    Dip pieces in butter, then place in bowl. Cover and shake.

    Remove and place in a greased 10-inch fluted tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Cool in pan 30 minutes before inverting into a serving plate.

    Serves 10 to 12.
