Monster Cookie

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Put margarne, brown and white sugar into a large mixing bowl.

   Cream until light and fluffy.

   Beat in egg and vanilla; mix well.

   Reduce speed and gradually mix in flour, baking soda and salt.

   Mix in chocolate chips by hand.

   Spread mixture onto greased 12-inch pizza pan; use a spatula or rolling pin to spread and make even with the sides of the pan.

   Bake 15-20 minutes.

   Cool and remove from pan.
