- 1 lb. butter, softened
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 4 c. white sugar
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 lb. peanut butter (5 1/2 c.) smooth and/or crunchy
- 8 tsp. baking soda
- 18 c. oatmeal (42 oz. container plus 4 c.)
- 1 lb. M & M's
- 1 lb. chocolate chips
- raisins or nuts optional
Directions

1Cream together the butter and sugars.

2Add the eggs, honey, vanilla and peanut butter and mix well.

3Add the baking soda and oatmeal, stir well.

4Then add the M & M's, chocolate chips, raisins and nuts.

5To make large cookies for monster size cookies, use 1/4 c. dough per cookie, make sure to leave room for the cookies to expand during baking.

6Or use a teaspoonful to make regular size cookies.

7Bake at 350° for 9-12 minutes.

8Since this is a large recipe, it is a good one to use to bake and freeze for later.

9Or you can bake a few dozen and freeze the dough to bake at a later time.
