  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour, unsifted
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 c. M&M's

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix butter, sugars and peanut butter until light and fluffy.

    Add egg and beat until smooth.

    In separate bowl mix flour and baking soda.

    Add to the butter mixture, then stir in the candy.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.

    Makes 8 (4-inch) cookies.
