- 2 eggs
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1 c. water
- 6 slices bread
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 lb. lean ground beef
Directions

1Beat eggs until frothy in large mixer bowl.

2Reduce to lowest speed and add tomato puree and water.

3Tear bread into pieces and gradually drop in mixing bowl.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Add onion and seasoning.

6Slowly add beef.

7If mixture gets too thick before all of beef is added, add some water, a little at a time.

8Shape into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

9Bake in a 300° oven for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 15.
